Love this tour, the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable the weather was very nice as well , I highly recommend this tour

Trip was cancelled by the operator, we. We called them and they supposedly had informed Viator. Viator never informed us. Big waste of time and money.

Best way for a kiddo to see the city! We had a blast with Ted the Bear as our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and fun! Great atmosphere! We want to go again!

Amazing must do it. My son loves it. Do it sunset time! Great views music and ride. It was short enough to still enjoy.

The staff was great.the driver and spotter were on the job. Took 7pm trip. Sailboats on lake were hardly lite . Satety was the main concern.had a great time.

Fun tour! Seats are cushioned and comfy. It was a hot day, but once we got up to speed it was very wind and a little cold, so take a jacket or windbreaker, even if it is 90 degrees. Our Guide. Abby was fun and Jamie’s was a skilled Captain!

Although we arrived late and missed our boat because our driver did not know where the boarding dock was, the ticket operator was kind enough to offer the next tour to us and we were glad she did because it was AMAZING! Despite all of the passengers getting wet (and that water was COLD!) we still had fun laughing as we were getting soaked and sang along with the songs. My fiancé and I enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely go again!

Andy, Matt, and swag did a great job with our tour, we were really impressed and learned a lot about Chicago! I would recommend this tour to anyone! Andy was very informative and funny, Captain Matt did a great job driving, and swag kept everyone safe! We had a lot of fun!
