  The cruise was ok but kind of a mess. The boat showed up late and the lady leading the tour mostly went around harassing us to buy the souvenir photos. Our group can’t stop laughing about the experience because it was kind of nuts but it was a fun activity for our morning.

  Boat was old, hardly any outdoor space for viewing and we left 15 min late. The outdoor space we had was at the back of the boat where fumes from engine made it unpleasant.

  Reservation at 11 am, but once there, and once I had to call the business, I was informed the cruise had been rescheduled to 12:30 pm. I was informed only because I contacted them, not before, so I could reschedule my day. Horrible communication.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM! We arrived at 330pm for a 430pm departure. Around 400pm a boat arrives. Several people were in line and were being turned away including us. The staff checking tickets stated the boat present wasn't our boat. We asked well then we is it. They stated they had nothing to do with the company and REPURCHASED TICKETS FOR THE BOAT THAT WAS THERE WHICH LEAVES AT 5PM. At least 50 people stood there including me in disbelief. No boat we paid for but another boat to repay for if you wanted to take the tour. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BOAT TOURS. I'M STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND.

  Purchased the same day for a trip to liberty island . We reached to pier 36 unfortunately the captain said the cruise isn’t stop in anywhere . I wish they can refund my money back . I wasted money for Uber ughhh… the description in website is totally different in real .

  We had the bow to ourselves! Perfect speed to get lots of great pictures of the skyline, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty! Friendly crew! Great experience!

  Great one hour tour with beautiful views of NYC and Lady Liberty. Just enough time you have a packed day. Times changed but tour contacted us was flexible with options.

  The views were great and the staff was so friendly and so helpful!! A woman literally carried by stroller down the stairs and told us a less crowded viewing area! We loved it!!

  Loud loud music blaring throughout on both levels. Was expecting at least a little bit of commentary. Absolutely nothing.

  The overall experience was great. The booking and location were easy to find. The cruise is one hour long and you see a view of the entire skyline plus you get fairly close to the Statue of Liberty. They allow a decent amount of time for photos and videos and offer a photo service of their own, which you can take home as a souvenir. There was snacks and drinks on board as well. If you are knowledgeable about using public transportation to arrive to the departing location, it’s easy to get there. Me and my husband we’re lucky enough to find street parking for our car a few blocks down. I would suggest planning to arrive earlier if you are taking your own car and need to find street parking.
